This service includes:

• Seasonal menu with an included appetizer course
• Ingredient sourcing and grocery shopping
• Guided menu flexibility within the seasonal offerings
• Optional menu upgrades
• On-site cooking and service throughout the meal
• Full kitchen clean-up after service
• Table service setup and reset
• Printed menus for the evening

Tableware and dishware are provided by the client unless otherwise arranged.
